Appointment Policy

At X-Nature Medical Aesthetics, we value your time and are committed to delivering exceptional service to all our clients. Given the high demand for our appointments, it’s important that we manage our schedule effectively to ensure everyone has the opportunity to access our treatments.

To help us achieve this, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following policy:

Cancellation and rescheduling

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.

Late cancellation / no-show

If you do not cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours before your scheduled treatment, our system will automatically redeem your appointment. In such cases, a $20 fee will be deducted from your account.
